The grounds are well maintained. The pool area was clean. I found it very relaxing. There is a private walkway to the beach.
I found that the walls were very thin. Our upstairs neighbors were up late multiple times. They allowed their child to run around for hours after 10 pm.

The apartment was large. It had balconies with nice views (perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee). The area was quiet at night. I didn't experience any disturbances .
The steam room was out of order. This was disappointing, as the hotel continues to advertise it on their website. The gym was tiny (with only one working treadmill).

The unit we stayed in had two bedrooms. The unit was large, quiet and clean. The beds provided very good comfort and nice towels were in the bathrooms. The balcony was very appealing to us. there are multiple pools ensuring space for every guest. The rooms have a modern style and they include everything necessary to enjoy your stay. The resort provided clean, well-kept facilities, and the management team was eager to assist.
The rooftop terrace of the apartment was not in good condition. Weeds grew between the tiles. Rust was present throughout the area.

The staff provided friendly service. The hotel maintained high cleanliness and order. Our room was spacious and super clean. Many pools and scenic views added to the enjoyment of the stay. There was a special atmosphere. I am thankful for such positive moments.
The towel cards caused inconvenience at checkout. There was an unexpected return procedure required? I was not informed about this in advance. I had to return to my room to retrieve them.

the apartment was well equipped it was clean and modern it was a great size for our family. the terrace had a big table with a nice view toward the beach.
ants was in our room several days the staff cleaned it but did not fix the issue. the kitchen was falling apart when the dishwasher door was opened i was a little disappointed about that.
